Alright, it's been a week since I stopped eating sugar. I got on the scale yesterday and the verdict is in! I lost 2 pounds! haha I was expecting like 5 pounds cause I thought I did really well with not eating ice cream or oreos or chocolate chip cookies, but I guess 2 pounds is good right? I just gotta keep going and it will slowly come off. It's starting to get difficult cause I am craving chocolate more and more. I made these cupcakes yesterday for one of the girls in my salon (for her birthday), and they were a yummy low calorie treat! I used a sugar free chocolate cake mix, a can of pumpkin, and sprinkled a few miniature chocolate chips on top. So easy and so good for very few ingredients!
Chris showed up at my salon last Saturday with some roses for me! It was such a nice surprise. He is so sweet to me, and I love him so much!
