Guess what day it is! WEDNESDAY!! And we all know what that means in the world of Megan....Weigh In day! And since today was the halfway mark for my class, we also did our full body assessments to see our progress. First, to get the bad news over with, I have once again lost no pounds. BUT, I have gained no pounds as well. So that's good. :) I have had a difficult two weeks, steering off the path a bit, but I am motivated once again, and this next month, I am going to ROCK IT! Haha. So, we measured our body fat, inches lost, water/protein/lean weight, and measured skinfolds. So this is how I have done so far: * I have lost 3% body fat. I am now in the "Fair" category, where a month ago I was in "Needs Work", and if I lose 10 more pounds I will be in the "Fit" category! :)
* I have lost 6 pounds of Total Weight, but 8.4 pounds of Fat Weight.
* I have gained 3.2 pounds of Lean Weight, 2.4 pounds of Water Weight, and 0.8 pounds of Protein Weight (I am told all this is good. So yay)
* I have lost an inch off my waist and 1 1/2 inches off my hips
* Finally, I have lost 3.2 mm off my Triceps Skinfold, 2.5 mm off my Suprallium Skinfold (which is the top front of the hip bone), and 7.8 mm off my Thigh Skinfold!!!
This is basically for my personal information, but I am just so happy that I have been having such great results, and my goal is to have even better results in a month at our last body assessment. So yep, this is a good program if you actually stick to it! I am going to do better! :)

Keep up the good work! I have been struggling the past couple of weeks too, but I got back on the treadmill yesterday and am trying to get comitted again.
congrats!! thanks for you message. sorry i was just distraught, but i am tooo back on the path. i have a wedding so i will try to really behave myself!
