Okay so I have made it through my first week of my Beyond Fitness class! And I must say, I am pretty pleased with my results so far so this class is gonna be worth it! But only IF I stick to the guidelines! :) I think I will though since I am already seeing results. I am proud to announce I am down 2.5 pounds in my first week (I really wish we were being weighed in the morning though instead of at night...that would make my results look better. Haha)! So, if I stay consistent like this, I should reach my goal week in 12 weeks. Wow, that sounds like an extremely long time....ugh. But it will be good cause I will adopt good healthy habits and be able to keep it off! Yay! Oh don't worry....I will definitely be blogging about my success each week. :)

This reminds me of that SWEET kick boxing class we did at 6 AM at BYU!! Oh man, that class was CRAZY and totally kicked my trash! Looks like you are having some fun/great adventures there in Idaho! Meet yourself a man yet?!? :)
